this city feel a little more like home ...
1) Hike w / hash
Most major cities around the world have Hash House Harriers (HHH), a group of hikers who come together and explore the local terrain. What is hashing in Saudi so special is the different landscapes of the desert. With the approval of the authorities there are only foreigners the opportunity to freely mingle, sans abaya (black cloak women wear), and build valuable contacts to life in Riyadh lot easier. The best part about unique finds stumbling, such as deserts diamonds, hieroglyphics or Adenium. To seal the store, you end your hike around the campfire, feet in the sand, watching the sunset.

2) hammam with Direm Beauty Center
Basically, a hammam, an old lady gives you the best bathroom in your life! It takes place every curious expats always performed this treatment of soon-to-be brides Saudi. It can be compared to the body scrubs Turkey or the jjimjilbangs South Korea. The entire treatment is in a steam sauna, where the woman slathers you made with mixtures of soap, oil and mud. After they removed a layer of DNA, you may find that you are a shadow and a pound lighter. If you know what ancient Saudi Arabia was like want, you must visit this restaurant! If you are in the stone walls envelop you first walk like an old fortress. This mini international neighborhoods are neutral ground where foreigners various activities that are not available on the outside can do. Often, several embassies are throwing a festival for a particular holiday, have outdoor film screenings or barbecues. For runners who are confined to the "dreadmill", the vegetation of trails is a dreamland.

If you are looking for a fancy night on the town, you will need to pay a visit to the Globe Restaurant at the top of the Al Faisaliya tower. Here you can enjoy a variety of European meals, high tea and deserts to taste, at a table that overlooks all Riyadh. If this did not eat your taste, step on the Il Terrazo Restaurant, an all-you-can Brazilian Grill. The open-air, but shod, restaurant plays music (which is not available in most public places) and is a mixed gender zone. Once the sun goes down, step on the observation deck for a 360-degree view of the city, with the desert in the background. Then walk to the food in the sprawling shopping center.
